Research has shown that obese people who ate three low-fat yogurts daily lost 22% more weight, 61% more body fat and 81% more abdominal fat than those who did not consume yogurt. Previous research showed that people that consumed 1.200 mg of calcium (equivalent to 3-4 dairy products), lost twice as much weight than those who did not receive this nutrient. It has now been proved that the combination of calcium and milk protein plays an important a role in human metabolism.
